• Our embroidery frame fits designs up to 9 inches wide, so on larger sizes the design may appear slightly smaller — still beautifully balanced, we promise.

• Each sweatshirt is handmade to order within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on location.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless:

✅ The wrong item or size was received

✅ The item arrived damaged or defective

1. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement, partial, or full refund.

2. Customized Products Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect customization info. Please review all details before ordering.

3. Size Selection Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart. We cannot refund or exchange for wrong size chosen or fit preference.

4. Order Cancellation Cancel within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be accepted.

5. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges Submit exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping for personal reasons; we cover costs for defective or incorrect items. One exchange per order.
