2. Customized ProductsĀ Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect customization info. Please review all details before ordering.
3. Size SelectionĀ Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart. We cannot refund or exchange for wrong size chosen or fit preference.
4. Order CancellationĀ Cancel within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be accepted.
5. RefundsĀ Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
6. ExchangesĀ Submit exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping for personal reasons; we cover costs for defective or incorrect items. One exchange per order.
