1. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement, partial, or full refund.
2. Customized Products Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect customization info. Please review all details before ordering.
3. Size Selection Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart. We cannot refund or exchange for wrong size chosen or fit preference.
4. Order Cancellation Cancel within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be accepted.
5. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges Submit exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping for personal reasons; we cover costs for defective or incorrect items. One exchange per order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.
3. Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or shipment begins. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not qualify for replacement or refund.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages Once handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help coordinate with the carrier.
6. Customs & Duties (International) International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not controlled by Custorr.
