1. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect ItemsĀ Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement, partial, or full refund.
2. Customized ProductsĀ Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect customization info. Please review all details before ordering.
3. Size SelectionĀ Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart. We cannot refund or exchange for wrong size chosen or fit preference.
4. Order CancellationĀ Cancel within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be accepted.
